Trump let the world know how he feels about North Korea in the form of one Tweet. We’ve NEEDED someone like this for a long time!
President Donald Trump took to his Twitter and put this clear message out, “I have great confidence that China will properly deal with North Korea. If they are unable to do so, the U.S., with its allies, will! U.S.A.” There you have it.
He is done playing games with Kim Jong-un, and now the world knows it. China is going to have to deal with North Korea. If they don’t — WE WILL. This message has been a long time coming. For so long, we have let the North Koreans get away with murder. That ends today!
North Korea is inching towards its sixth nuclear test. The previous tests either occurred underground, or far out in the ocean. The fear for today is that “The Day of The Sun” in North Korean culture could signify another underground nuclear test. How did we get to this point?
For eight years, we sat back and watched as Obama did nothing. Now, Donald Trump has another mess to clean up. A mess that could have easily been avoided if the previous administration had done its job.
President Trump is not going to play their games, nor will he let them continue their testing. Kim has already threatened to use nuclear missiles against us in the past. However, the intelligence confirms they do not have anything that can reach the United States.
He has them officially on watch. We have aircraft carriers, submarines, and troops watching them carefully for their next move. If they’re allowed to keep going, the question then becomes “how long before they attack us or another innocent country?” It cannot happen.
Up until this point, China has been in support of our mission to stop the North Koreans from staging an attack.
When China first heard what was going on, they pulled all of their coal ships from route to North Korea and turned them back around. This sent a message to Kim that the United States is not alone in its goal to stop him from building up his nuclear forces. Furthermore, when China appeared at the United Nations, they didn’t condemn our attacks on Syria, which shows they’re aware of some serious instability in the East.
We need to be able to get a handle on this situation before it escalates into another World War. It can be stopped now, we just need to make the right moves. You often hear people criticizing Trump for his aggressiveness when it comes to making sure other countries do not attack us. The fact is, he is doing something that needs to be done, regardless of how hard the choice seems.
We had a former president who did nothing, and let them run unchecked. This is not the same America that Kim is used to, and President Trump let him know that he needs to watch his back — starting NOW!
